Originally conceived during a client meeting, Everguard leverages SMS to send coordinates using Google Maps, and display pins of previous stops. It served as an alternative to third-party hardware and software stacks for tracking cargo on a day-to-day basis. It was released back in 2017 on the Play Store.

Tracking for the family

There weren't many tracking apps out there that used the Google Maps API back in its conception. The client meeting eventually gave way to the idea that it might be a good solution for tracking family members using GPS and SMS alone. No internet required.
